Reconstruction and modernization of №4 and 5 terminals of the Port Aktau [2003-2005]
— increase the loading capacity of the Port Aktau to 10-11 million tons of oil a year
— possibility of processing of oil tankers with deadweight 12,000 tons
— the cost of the project realization: 6,4 million US dollars
— current situation: the terminals are signed over to RGO АIМТP in June, 2006

Offshore Operations Fleet Support Ships [2003-2006]
— building of 8 platform-type barges with the freight-carrying capacity of 3,600 tons and acquisition of 5 the trunk tow-boats
— transportation of rock to 1 million tons a year

Oil tankers with deadweight of 12 thousand ton [2005-2006]
— building and operation of oil tankers “Astana”, “Almaty”, “Aktau”

Oil tankers with deadweight of 13 thousand ton [2009-2010]
— building and operation of oil tankers “Atyrau”, “Aktobe”, “Oral”

Boatyard in Bautino
— repair of small craft vessels weight to 600 tons and length to 60 m, making current and dock repair of all types of vessels
— the cost of the project realization: 17,6 million US dollars
— participants of the project: Kyran Holding – 50 %, КМТF – 30 %, “Balykshi” LLP – 20 %
— the current situation: the factory was put in commission in June, 2010
