1. Construction/acquisition and operation of two oil tankers of the AFRAMAX type on Black, Mediterranean and Baltic seas

The project mission: expansion of Society geographic reach by organizing and realization the tanker transportations of Kazakhstan crude hydrocarbons in the open seas – Black, Baltic, Mediterranean by construction/acquisition of oil tankers of the Aframax type.

The project implementation period: 2011

The project cost: 110 million US dollars

2. Construction/acquisition and operation of 2 dry cargo vessels of 5000- 7000 tons deadweight

The project mission: Implementation of the growing volume of transportation of dry cargoes in the Caspian Sea through construction / acquisition and operation of own dry cargo fleet.

The project implementation period: 2011 – 2012

The project cost: 35 million US dollars

3. Building/acquisition and operation of new series of the Offshore Operations Fleet Support Ships

The project mission: making the continuous operations on transporting the rocks to islands which are constructing in the Kazakhstan’s sector of Caspian Sea

The project implementation period: 2012 – 2014

The project cost: 55 million US dollars
