DIRECTION: oil cargo transportation in the Caspian Sea

– development strategy in this sector is aimed at maintaining KMTF position as one of the leading tanker fleet operators on the Caspian Sea by increasing the share of

Kazakh oil export flows transportation through the port of Aktau to 100% and to providing safe, reliable and cost-effective services;

– direction objectives:

1) To carry out transportation of Kazakh oil from p.Aktau 100% by KMTF courts.

2) To prevent demurrage of own ships in the Caspian Sea.

DIRECTION: oil cargo transportation in the high seas

– development strategy in this sector is aimed at strengthening positions of the national maritime carrier in the Trans-Black Sea region and consistent growth of KMTF participation in total transportation of Kazakh oil cargoes in the high seas by building its own bulk fleet, providing safe, reliable and cost-effective services.

– direction objectives:

1) To prevent demurrage of own ships in the Caspian Sea;

2) To carry out transportation of Kazakh oil that comes to the Black Sea, by KMTF (its own fleet and chartered).

DIRECTION: fleet servicing of marine oil projects

– development strategy in this sector is aimed at expanding the range and increasing the share of competitive services provided within the development of KSCS fields;

– direction objectives:

1) To expand the range of services for oil and gas projects in Kazakhstan sector of the Caspian Sea;

2) To prevent demurrage of fleet of marine oil operations support;

3) To create and develop own service fleet (while ensuring profitability);

4) To build and develop own fleet of marine oil operations support.

DIRECTION: ferry transportation of all kinds of cargoes

– development strategy in this sector is aimed at diversifying KMTF activities, providing its stability in the event of changes in oil market situation;

– direction objectives:

1) To create own ferry fleet.
