PERSPECTIVE INVESTMENT PROJECTS

1. Construction/purchase and operation “Aframax” oil tanker
   Project purpose is to build up own fleet in the open seas; ensure transportation of all oil cargos belonging to KMG-International by own Aframax tankers.
2. Construction/purchase of 2 service vessels for offshore operations
   Project purpose is to create own service fleet for provision of services to operators of offshore fields at all stages of field development.
3. Construction/purchase and operation of 2 oil spill response vessels
   Project purpose is to create own fleet for liquidation of emergency oil spills at the stages of exploratory drilling and offshore oil production.
4. Construction/purchase and operation of 2 multi-purpose ferries
   Project purpose is to develop transport and logistics system, diversify business and receive additional revenue from overseas transportation of all types of cargo by rail cars, tank cars and trailers.

IMPLEMENTED INVESTMENT PROJECTS

“NMSC “Kazmortransflot” LLP for more than 22-year experience realized a lot of investment projects. The amount of investments amounted more than 285 million US dollars.

Reconstruction and upgrade of moorings № 4 and 5 of Aktau port (2003-2005)

• increase in reception capacity of Aktau port to 10-11 million tons of oil per year;
• possibility of handling of tankers with the deadweight of 12.000-13.000 tons;
• cost of project realization – 6.4 million US dollars;

Marine Support Fleet (2003-2008)

• construction of 8 platform barges with a carrying capacity of 3600 tons and the purchase of 5 mainline tugs;
• transportation of rock for the Kashagan field;
• the cost of the project - 31.3 million US dollars.

Oil tankers with the deadweight of 12 thousand tons (2005-2006)

• construction and operation of the tankers “Astana”, “Almaty”, “TK Aktau”;
• for the first time transportation of Kazakh oil by Kazakh ships;
• cost of project realization – 41.8 million US dollars;

Oil tankers with the deadweight of 13 thousand tons (2009-2010)

• construction and operation of the tankers “Atyrau”, “Aktobe”, “Oral”;
• cost of project realization – 66.5 million US dollars;

Plant for repair of small vessels in Bautino village (2010)

• repair of small vessels weighing up to 600 tons and up to 60 m long, implementation of the running and post-voyage repair of all types of vessel;
• project participants: Kyran Holding – 50%, KMTF – 30%, “Balykshy” LLP – 20%;
• cost of project realization – 17.6 million US dollars.

“Aframax” Oil tankers with the deadweight of 115 thousand tons (2011)

• purchase and operation of “Altai” and “Alatau” tankers;
• for the first time the transportation of Kazakh oil by Kazakh vessels in the open seas;
• cost of project realization – 102 million US dollars.

Module carrying vessels for the Project for the future expansion of Tengizchevroil LLP (2016-2018)

• Construction of 3 MCV (21 m wide) “Barys”, “Berkut”, “Sunkar”;
• 2018-2020 vessels are transported large-sized modules for the construction of the Project for the future expansion of Tengizchevroil LLP along the route Kuryk (Ersai Base) – Prorva;
• project implementation cost – 100 million US dollars.

Tugs for the Project for the future expansion of Tengizchevroil LLP (2017-2018)

• Construction of 3 tugs (with 40 tons of hook) “Irgiz”, “Talas”, “Emba”;
• 2018-2020 tugs are involved in work on the Cargo Transportation Route (MTG) in the area of Prorva in the framework of the Project for the future expansion of Tengizchevroil LLP;
• project implementation cost – 19.6 million US dollars.
