A career guidance meeting was organized at secondary school No. 14 in Aktau with the participation of young specialists in the field of oil and gas and sea transport. The event was held on the initiative of the Council of young specialists at Mangistaumunaygas Joint Stock Company.

The main purpose of the meeting is to guide schoolchildren to a conscious choice of a future profession, as well as to inform them about the areas that are in demand in the modern labor market. During the event, along with the traditional profession of an oilman, opportunities for the development of IT, sea transport, logistics and aviation industries were widely explained.

Young specialists took part in the meeting on behalf of JSC" mangistaumunaygas": Yerzhan Sattarkhanov – driver of the 3rd degree motorist, Yedilbay Bagdat-operator of the 3rd workshop, Abzal Dilara – laboratory assistant of the TSNIPR laboratory.

Also on behalf of the national company" Kazmortransflot " Khaidarov Nurlybek Mirasovich – senior specialist in business development, Tangul Samat Kairatovich – Technical Superintendent.

On behalf of JSC" karazhanbasmunai " Zhanbyrbayev Kuandyk Makhmutovich – a specialist of the reservoir pressure maintenance shop, a geologist technician, shared his production experience in the oil and gas industry.

During the meeting, the speakers informed about the ways of professional development, changes in the labor market and requirements for future specialists, and gave comprehensive answers to students ' questions.

At the end of the event, the school staff was awarded the book "national pantheon of Kazakhstan", published by the National Company "KazMunayGas".
